System features

The ZH200 type steam turbine digital regulator is suitable for the control of condensing type, make-up steam type and back pressure type steam turbines. The regulator adopts an integrated design of a controller and a black-and-white Chinese human-machine interface. Engineers can program and configure the controller on-site through the human-machine interface according to the specific application requirements of the unit, making the control configuration flexible and convenient. Meanwhile, the ZH200 can also be configured with an operation station. Engineers can operate it through the ZH200 upper computer software to complete configuration, control and other operations on the ZH200. The ZH200 can also accept remote control signals from the DCS and operate in conjunction with the DCS.

Main functional features

The controlled parameters are generally the rotational speed, power and pressure of the unit.

There are four analog output ports, all of which can be used for valve connection, and two of them can be jointly controlled.

Real-time collection of relevant parameters of the unit's operation, after adjustment and calculation, outputs valve control signals to keep the controlled parameters of the unit, such as speed, power and pressure, within the specified range.

It adopts a high-speed embedded industrial processor, with a basic instruction execution speed of 0.3 to 1 microsecond. All external ports are isolated by high-speed linear optical couplings and relays. The minimum data refresh cycle is 1 millisecond, which well meets the requirements of high stability and high real-time control of steam turbines.

It is equipped with communication ports that support RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485, and communicates with the factory DCS or external operator stations via the RTU MODBUS communication protocol.
