Product Introduction
The HZD-RSDC overspeed protection device is a highly reliable speed monitoring system. Its function is to measure and monitor the speed of large rotating machinery such as steam turbines. When the unit speed reaches the set critical tripping speed, it will send an alarm to the operating personnel and output a critical shutdown and protection node signal to control the emergency release valve to close the main steam valve. Prevent the unit from being damaged due to overspeed.
This device is designed for high reliability, with sufficient redundancy coefficients. It measures rotational speed using three modules and is powered by an independent power supply. The reset and verification logic control ensures the reliability of each working state, and the three-to-two voting module guarantees the reliability of emergency tripping and shutdown. Therefore, this monitoring and protection device is suitable for the system design of TSI in small and medium-sized rotating mechanical devices.
