SZ series electromagnetic speed sensor
1.OVERVIEW
SZ series electromagnetic speed sensor is used to measure the bearing cap vibration of rotating machinery such as turbines, compressors, fans and pumps. It is a electromagnetic sensor outputs voltage by a moving coil cutting magnetic lines, so it does not need to supply power at work and easily installation.
2.MAIN FUNCTIONS
2. 1 Its output signal is proportional to the vibration velocity, and it can take account of the field of high-frequency, intermediate frequency and low-frequency vibration measurement.
2.2 The SZ series sensors have a lower output impedance and a better signal-to-noise ratio. Without special requirements on output plugs and cables, it is easy to use.
2. 3 This sensor canceled activities friction components in design, so its flexibility is good, you can measure the slight vibration (0. 01mm).
2. 4 The sensor has a certain anti-lateral vibration capability (not more than 10g peak).
2. 5 It can be used to measure the vibration of the bearing housing, enclosure or structure (relative to absolute vibration of inertial space). It can be directly mounted on the outside of the machine, and maintenance is extremely easy.
2. 6 Its shell is made of stainless steel shell laser welding process, and its protection grade is IP65.
3 SPECIFICATIONS
3. 1 Sensitivity: SZ - 2: 30mV/mm/s, error: 土5%;
4.INSTALLATIONS
SZ series magneto-electric speed sensor installation
4.1 Mounting position: Mounting position: horizontal or vertical mounted at the measured vibration point, fixed to the bottom of the sensor with screw MlO X 1.
4.2 Mounting dimensions and specifications: refer to Figure III (speed sensor installation and protection), if the sensor mounting position is the erosion of the high-temperature steam, protective measures should be added in order to reduce the sensor ambient temperature. Under normal circumstances, it may not add protection.
4. 3 Using and insulation requirements: the sensor output is suspended ground connection on the sensor plugs, sockets. Taking into account solid and reliable of wiring, one end as the positive terminal of the sensor signal output, the other end as a negative extreme, are connected to the signal input terminals on the back of vibration monitoring instrument, and the connecting wires which connect to vibration monitoring instrument requires good insulation properties, two core shielded cable is used, one end of the cable shield is floating, and the other end is ground connection on the enclosure of vibration moni taring instrument.
4. 4 The factory installs sensor with screws MlO X 1. For protective
measures of sensor installing, the factory is equipped with a supply of protective cover, and the rest is handled by the user according to local conditions.
