HED 3 series hydraulic-electric pressure switch
HED3型弹簧管压力继电器 SPRING PIPE PRESSURE SWITCH
1、HED 3 series hydraulic-electric pressure switch is a spring pipe type one
. It is composed of bowl(1) , spring pipe (2) with lever (3) , two micro-switches(4)
and two adjusting screws(5) .
2、 HED 3 series pressure switch is turned on or off by pressure. The
pressure to be monitored is fransfered to spring pipe(2), allowing it to bend, the
lever(3) connecting with it transfer the displacement of spring pipe to micro
switches, which makes the circuit turned on or off as specified. If the pressure still
rises allowing the spring pipe continuously bend, the second micro-switch will
actuate to turn on or off the circuit as specified.
3、Adjusting change-over pressure
The two change-over pressure switch are position by micro-switch are
adjusted respectively by two screws (5). If relays are used, differential pressure
varies in step less.
