HY-V Series intelligent vibration monitoring and protection instrument is an intelligent instrument, which is combined with VS series vibration speed sensor or CWY-DO- Φ8 eddy current sensor, which can continuously monitor and measure the bearing shell vibration (absolute vibration) and shaft vibration (relative vibration) of various large rotating machinery.

It has two mounting methods, disc mounted and wall mounted, for users to choose.

- The instrument adopts advanced high-performance embedded chip and digital processing technology, which improves the measuring accuracy of the instrument and simplifies the operation process of the instrument. Function parameters can be set by buttons on the panel, making on-site installation, debugging and maintenance easier.

- The instrument has two functions of measuring vibration displacement signal and vibration speed signal, and can be switched arbitrarily by pressing the button.

- The instrument adopts a variety of anti-interference processing technologies for all kinds of interference signals in industrial sites, which greatly improves the stability of the instrument, and is suitable for various occasions with serious interference such as variable frequency motors.

- The instrument has the function of power on and power off detection, while cutting off the alarm and shutdown output loop; Shutdown signal can be set within 0 ~ 99 seconds delay output, effectively inhibit the instrument false alarm, suitable for long-term online monitoring.

- The instrument can be directly applied to most countries in the world without power conversion equipment, and the power supply voltage can work stably within AC85V ~ 265V or DC100V ~ 360V.

- Measuring range: Amplitude: 0 ~ 500μm (peak-peak);

Intensity: 0 ~ 50.0mm/s (true RMS value);

- Frequency range: 5 ~ 3000Hz;

- Input signal: With VS series vibration speed sensor (can measure the absolute vibration of the bearing);

Equipped with CWY-DO-Φ8mm eddy current sensor (can measure the relative vibration of the shaft);

- Measurement accuracy: 0.5, linear error ≤±0.5%;

- Display mode: LED or LCD display;

- Output signal: Current output: 4 ~ 20mA (load resistance ≤850Ω);
